Jiangnan Modern Commercial Plaza Project is a large modern business logistics park and urban service center co-invested by Heung Kong Group, Hunan New Falcon Science Education Co., Ltd. and Hunan Tongfa Investment Co., Ltd. Located in Jiangnan New Town, Changde City, the project totals a land area of over 1,300mu and an investment of RMB 5 billion, and its construction covers professional furniture market, decorative building material market, life supporting residential areas and so on. After the project completion, its annual output value is estimated to be RMB 5 billion.
